Alyssa Garnick has spent 25 years helping the world’s leading brands grow. She is an award-winning brand campaign architect who can pinpoint the most important ways to tackle a problem and create an idea. She has a passion for building brands and she has spent her career generating ideas, integrated campaigns and results for consumer brands across multiple industries.

Alyssa and her team won one of the first “Best Use of Digital Media” SABRE awards for progressive work on IKEA in 2009. Campaigns that she has either created or managed for brands such as Coca-Cola, IKEA, Philips Norelco and J&J’s o.b. have won multiple industry awards, including three “Campaign of the Year” awards, from PRWeek, Holmes Report SABRE and PRSA-NY Big Apple.

For iconic brands such as Neutrogena, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, P&G’s Secret and Venus brands, Philips Norelco, Old Navy, Hertz, ABSOLUT, Krispy Kreme, TENA and IKEA, Alyssa has been responsible for driving conversation, coverage and commerce and helping mature brands optimize their presence and relevance in social media. She has studied GenZ, Millennials, moms, and women over 50, among other demographics and brings bold insights and ideas to her clients.

Alyssa has worked with the best leaders in marketing, brand-building and PR at multiple agencies. She learned how to generate ideas and media results, create brand-building strategies and build best-in-class teams that nurture the work and each other.

Alyssa was named to PRWeek’s “Top 40 Under 40” list in 2009. When she is not presenting ideas to clients, Alyssa spends time mentoring recent graduates who need help networking or finding jobs. Alyssa admires mature talent and is energized by the younger generation in the PR industry now, and works with both; she is passionate about encouraging people starting their careers in communications and supporting diversity in the industry. She always supports fellow PR people when they ask for advice, career guidance, or ideas and she is currently planning a digital course that covers the art and science of Public Relations.
